1. Who we are

What you share: the text and voice you send your guide, your intentions, check-ins and session preferences. This can reveal information about your mood, wellbeing or beliefs, which some laws treat as sensitive data.

4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run StayTune, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, export or restrict your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email [[email protected]] or use Delete account in the app. We reply within the time the law requires, usually 30 days.
Israel: you have rights under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including to review and correct information about you. EU/UK: you can complain to your local data protection authority. California: you can request to know, delete or correct personal information and opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell personal information and won't discriminate against you for using your rights.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Children
StayTune is not for children under [16]. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We'll post updates here and change the date above. For significant changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email.
These terms are an agreement between you and [StayTune legal entity name]. By using the StayTune app or website, you agree to them.
1. Who can use StayTune
You must be at least [16] years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [[email protected]] if you think it's been misused.
3. Wellness, not medical care
StayTune is for meditation, relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Don't use StayTune while driving or operating machinery. Stop if you feel unwell, and talk to a professional before starting if you have epilepsy, a psychiatric condition or other health concerns. See our health disclaimer.
4. AI-generated content
Sessions, guidance and chat replies are created with artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or not right for you. Your guide is not a person, therapist or doctor. Use your own judgment.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans are governed by our subscription terms and by the terms of the app store you buy through.
6. Your content
You own what you write or say to StayTune. You give us a limited license to process it to provide and improve the service as described in our privacy policy. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse StayTune. For example, don't:
break the law or infringe others' rights;
try to extract, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service or its models;
use StayTune to create harmful, hateful or sexual content involving minors;
resell or redistribute sessions, audio or covers without permission.
8. Our content
The app, sound design, covers, voices and brand are owned by StayTune or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them inside StayTune for your own non-commercial use.
9. Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove features. Features marked Beta may be incomplete. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using StayTune and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
StayTune is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [the State of Israel], and disputes go to the competent courts in [Tel Aviv-Yafo], unless the consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
How StayTune plans, billing, renewals and cancellations work.
1. Plans
StayTune offers Stay · Flow and Stay · Align, billed monthly or yearly. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page and in the app.
2. Billing through the app stores
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. Their payment and refund terms also apply.
3. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
4. Free trials and offers
[If offered:] Trials convert to a paid subscription when they end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
5. Cancelling
iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Where your local law gives you a right of withdrawal or cancellation, you can use it through the store.
7. Session generations
Plans include a monthly number of new personalized sessions ("generations"). [Confirm:] Unused generations do not roll over. Replays, journeys and the library do not use generations.
8. Price changes
We'll tell you in advance of any price change. Where required, you'll be asked to agree before the new price applies.
9. Access codes
Access codes are personal, have no cash value, and may expire.

StayTune does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Content about sound, frequencies, energy or spiritual traditions is offered for reflection and relaxation, not as medical or scientific claims.
Talk to a professional
Check with a qualified professional before using StayTune if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or seizures, a heart condition, a psychiatric condition, trauma history, or any other health concern. Binaural and rhythmic audio may not be suitable for people with seizure disorders.
Use safely
Never use StayTune while driving, cycling or operating machinery.
Keep volume at a comfortable level.
Stop if you feel dizzy, distressed or unwell.
